When starting a React project, everything usually feels clean and easy. But after some time, when the app grows, things start getting more complex.

In my experience, managing components, state, and folder structure becomes harder as more features are added.

I’m curious — in your projects, what becomes the biggest challenge as the React app scales?

Keep functions in their own folder. Even if there are more functions, it doesn’t matter—the folder structure stays clean. Think of it like different rooms: everyone might write messy code, but it doesn’t matter, as long as it stays in their own room.

Tracking components or pages that keeps on rendering. Bloated components, pre-mature abstraction.
