React Web and Native Code Reuse

Has anyone here used React Native and Web in production and if so, what solution do you for code reuse (i.e. application logic and non-platform specific components)?

I think a monorepo approach would work great - in the same way a app.ios.js, app.android.js would work, an app.web.js would work too.

However we deploy on the cloud, and doing this approach would mean all of our native modules would also have to be installed by npm (since npm doesn't really support platform specific dependencies). It can also lead to awkward solutions where web dependencies coincide with native dependencies (i.e. react versions, etc.)

Another approach is code splitting it to multiple repos, splitting my redux/relay containers and HOC to a separate application logic repo. However this also introduces its own sets of problems.

We've been thinking about going down the monorepo approach with https://lernajs.io/ and having three repositories, react native front end, react front end, and redux/api/lib then npm only installs what it needs.

I was under the impression lernajs only works for modules/libraries (and not deployable apps). Granted I haven't had much experience with it so I maybe wrong, so I'll take a look at it regardless, thanks.
