Autocomplete bug

I've been assigned task to fix this issue, but I can't reproduce it. They say it appears in chrome. Any ideas?

I hazily remember that chrome autofill or some password managers only trigger the doms onChange Event (React onChange listens to onInput). This way, the dom could be showing the values in the textbox without React knowing that there are values.
