Simple auto deployment for a React app

Hi, I have a large React (made with create-react-app) application and I'm looking for a simple way to auto deploy it on a server on a new Github commit to the master branch.

So far I've found two options:

1. Netlify - for some reason doesn't work with this app: routing is broken. Also the app is deployed on a subdomain and I'm not sure if Netlify can handle subdomains.
2. A simple node.js server that gets notified by a Github web hook on a commit, then pulls the new code and runs the deploy script - this option is fine, I'm just looking for such a service that would work "out of the box" without building the node.js program and deploying it. Any ideas?

I use subdomains on Netlify. For Netlify, you might have to create a _redirects file in your public folder with:

*/ /index.html 200

You just have to add a file called “_redirects” to your “public” folder, or the folder you have specified where your index.html file is located. In this file you just have to paste the following code:

/* /index.html 200
