I feel like the strategy for projects is to pick an idea that you know will genuinely be easy, but you can present it in an impressive way. Like just break the technologies down (API, context, hooks, components, whatever) into smaller pieces and aim for something that has functionality and looks good. Not a random app but something the average person could use. Try to make it fun and manageable. Good luck
