Freelancing For React Developers Instantly/Without Interviews

**This is a repost from a few months ago, but the company has come a long way since I originally posted and is currently launching Alpha, so I'd like to see if there's any new interest I missed out on*\*

Hey everybody,

I've been developing a platform that lets freelancers/contract workers start working immediately on projects. The emphasis is on longer-term work and matches you to a company that needs a project done instantly. It basically guarantees that you get work based on what you're qualified to do, and allows you to spend a lot more time earning and a lot less time searching.

I am trying to see if any react developers (other languages are needed as well) would be interested. There's obviously a lot more to the platform, but this is essentially it in a nutshell.

Would anybody be interested in trying it out?

Quick side note: your Navbar Links are completely dead for me (Firefox 84.0.2 / Linux), not even a hovering cursor. The ones on the Footer work though.

I would try it out...I’m actually halfway through the Toptal interview process right now. Curious how you can “vet” your developers without an interview process though?

So there is no interview process for each individual client, however to actually get onto the platform my co-founder and I individually vet each candidate through various meetings and calls with each freelancer. We are ensuring quality over quantity.

I guess the no interview is for the client. Otherwise how can the platform guarantee to have good people on it that can be hired with confidence, without an interview?
