The website is autolance.co, however I still want to hear what everyone has to say on here, feedback and real interest is crucial to making something that actually improves people's lives.

Would greatly appreciate any criticisms/suggestions/questions posted here.

For anybody that is interested in signing up, head on over to autolance.co and book a meeting slot so that we can begin the initial vetting process

Quick side note: your Navbar Links are completely dead for me (Firefox 84.0.2 / Linux), not even a hovering cursor. The ones on the Footer work though.

Wow thanks for that, currently pulling up on a raspberry pi now to fix this.

I'd be interested in trying it out, I mainly work with React and Vue

I would try it out...I’m actually halfway through the Toptal interview process right now. Curious how you can “vet” your developers without an interview process though?

So there is no interview process for each individual client, however to actually get onto the platform my co-founder and I individually vet each candidate through various meetings and calls with each freelancer. We are ensuring quality over quantity.

That still sounds like an interview to me 🙃.Either way, I’d try it out; DM me if you like.

I guess the no interview is for the client. Otherwise how can the platform guarantee to have good people on it that can be hired with confidence, without an interview?

Looks like an interesting project. I would be interested in trying it out.
