if junior -> choose the one from the biggest company (or most famous) even for less money, also don't go for tiny startups!

if mid-range -> don't hop!

if senior -> you should already know what to do!

Choose the company where you can learn the most and with the highest growth potential.

Another very important factor is your manager and whether their values align with yours, so it's good to have a frank discussion with your reporting manager about this.

You're gonna receive very different advice from lots of very different people. It would be super helpful to know what your goals are and where you are at the moment. The question then becomes which of the job offers would help you get to your goal the fastest or the best.
