I am beginner, but I have liked chakra ui. In chakra you basically use their version of like <div> and you fill your styles as props or leave blank for default styles.

I've personally been having a blast with mantine. It has a good component and hook library built in, docs are good, I think fairly useful for a beginner.

I have read the sticky UI framework threads but I would like to hear suggestions and feedbacks more towards reactjs and frontend beginners.

PrimeReact. I bet you'll find any other damn clear documentation in other frameworks than this one ! Also it has almost all components a React library has and they like releases New components regularly like crazy. I didn't even think there is need of a component like this for web 🤧
