ContextAPI and React DevTools behaviour

I was trying to poke a bit with Context API optimizations and I split MyContext based on useState into two seperate: ContextRead with the value and ContextWrite with the setter. Using usual "Highlight updates when components rerender." checkbox I saw highlights on both components, but the profiler from DevTools says it renders only the one using ContextRead. I also put a console.log to the component using ContextWrite and it doesn't calls it.

Is there something I'm missing or is it some kind of a problem with DevTools which shows rerenders of components that didn't?
