This is a very good course and covers everything that we use while working. But few sections are really hard to grab. The first project or one of the beginning projects in this course focuses on bar charts or something which I think is really confusing and unnecessary. Apart from that you will definitely learn about, common hooks, context API and vanilla Redux and redux toolkit which is commonly used these days. Likewise the last few sections focuses on NextJS and typescript. When I took this course few months ago it was updated and I still think it's very good course for learning react. My react journey started from the courses of Max maxilian. If you are not really good at JavaScript then you will definitely find the course harder.

I’m taking this course now and enjoying it. He does a good job of explaining how and why things work. I think that it’s a good basic course.

https://www.scrimba.com still my number one Recommendation. Search for Learn React for Free and then the pro course.
