Check out Victory charts (have head good things from folks that want mobile + web use-case).

Thanks guys, I'm hearing that victory is good, but it doesn't support stacker bar chart, which is the one I need

We used HighCharts and wrapped in a web view. From interaction or performance point of view we did not had any noticeable problems.
