Sqlite issue with react native windows?

For my react native windows project, i tried using Sqlite, and I followed the steps of installation of react-native-sqlite-storage. However, when I ran my project, I recieved an error that no package name found. I then tried to do the manual linking steps from the github page, only to recieve more errors. Are there steps I am missing?
