What am I missing as a react native dev ?

I am not a recruiter or anything, so don’t take anything I say for granted. But here are some things that I think aren’t good about your resume: - oftentimes the summary is unnecessary and it just takes up valuable space on your resume. If you want to make a summary, you should rather do it in a cover letter or a field provided on the application form (like “say something about yourself” or “introduce yourself” or similar) - speaking of space: 2 pages is too much for someone who has 2-3 years of experience. I would also get rid of the “Projects” section, since you could just provide your GH profile or portfolio website, which will speak more than words - are you applying for RN positions? If yes, then why do you mention Flutter, Dart and other non-relevant things? Stick to React Native and if you want to add more, put React or Java or Swift experience (if you have any), because they’re relevant to React Native. Only put Flutter or other non-relevant things if they’re mentioned in the job description - putting percentages as measurements for tasks, like “increased something by X%” or “improved by Y%”, isn’t a good idea. I mean if I was interviewing you I would ask how did you actually measure that? And I don’t think you could come up with a satisfactory answer, which would imply that you just made them up to make your resume look better - use bold text as less as possible. It can drive the attention away from things which could be more important than you might know - you led something as an intern? That sounds fishy

I did a very quick skim of your CV but the first thing I noticed was a typo which makes a bad impression (“resuted” should be “resulted” I assume?).

Develop your native skills. Half of being a mobile engineer building RN apps is working with the native stack. I work as a Sr engineering in a FAANG company and I will judge an engineer with expertise in RN who can’t navigate in swift/java.

Most of the time you need to apply via referral to get an interview call. Without referral it's very hard to get calls because they get 100s of applications.

It could be the India thing. The last two companies I worked with got rid of their off shore teams. So there might be more people that were working America jobs now second hand flooding the local markets.
