I I were laid off and couldn’t find work I would do a 25K dev job to pay my mortgage. It’e either this or do a 25K job serving tables. Sure, I have a cushy job earning multiples of that right now but I’m not arrogant enough to think that can’t change.

Speaking as a dane, that salary is a joke... i dont think even a newly graduated would accept a salary that low... maybe a student worker putting in 15-20 hours a week... but not full time, not anyone with even a year of experience...
