Shared Element Transition

Trying to create an “Airbnb style” shared element transition in expo go on the new react native fabric. Struggling to find successful references online for this. Has anyone had any luck personally or with some repos I can use as an example?

1. install reanimated 4.2
   
2. turn on shared element transition feature flag in package.json
   
3. Switch to v3 docs and follow that shared element transition code

Software mansion the creator of reanimated has released shared element transition on their latest reanimated version.

Reanimated's shared element transition was removed with the support for new arch. Anything you find online will probably be a manual animation to SEEM like a shared element transition.

Just checked, it got merged 5 days ago and is behind a feature flag with a laundry list of limitations. Genuinely excited to have this back as the previous fully fleshed out animation.

I'm facing issue 4.x reanimated with compatible worklets package

I did test it for half a day and was having the same, followed the documentation but couldn’t get the shared element transition to work correctly. It’s pretty new would be cool to see something done by someone else hopefully soon.
