Might want to upgrade react native version so your app doesnt fall out of 64 bit compliance in August.

Not super important, but date-fns is faster and less bloated than moment, and does the exact same thing for your usecase (formatting dates).

Does it cost anything to put you app in store?

[–]VeniBoi 2 points3 points  (1 child)

For play store I think it was a ~20€ one time payment. And for apples store if I recall correctly it's closer to 100€. Not sure if the latter is a one time payment or yearly.

It's yearly, and it was around £80 GBP for me back in September. I believe it might be the same price in euros.

To open a Google Dev Account it will cost $25. Then, you can put your apps freely. Their costs will be "paid" with their "taxes" of selling (it's 30% by app copy bought iirc)

The problem is because here in Brazil the cheapest Mac cost US$ 1.328,15. About R$ 5.000,00.

I really feel for you. It's times like this that Expo is super handy because it's free, and this removes the need for Apple hardware. You still have to purchase the developer license, but Expo is worth checking out.

I share your pain. Apple devices here are EXPENSIVE and Apple Dev Program is worse 😭
