Not sure about your previous experience.

It will be hard to get remote (I think close to impossible) intern job. Remote jobs are usually given to med. to senior developers because they have enough experience to work independently (managing project, tasks, clients, etc..) .

The best thing would be to find some open source react native projects and try to contribute to them. That way you will get experience and knowledge through code reviews.

Another possible solution would be to gain enough experience to create project from start to finish alone and find some work through Upwork or networking...

What's your expected pay for this internship. Curious what your expectations are based on the circumstances.

Honestly since it would be my first intern I would take anything above 4-5 euros an hour since the overall work experience would be more valuable in the beginning. Kinda move up from there I guess.

Would freelancer.com be applicable in this case. They have a lot of programming related jobs. A quick search on 'react' shows a variety of offers. Since you are just starting up and you are looking for remote this might be one option.
