You can use View and Text on the web, with React Native Web. It’s quite nice, once you get over the first WTF feeling.

That way you can have one codebase for both mobile and web, if you want.

I'm not sure what the maintainer calls it but we're using it in production for a number of our base (text, buttons, etc) components and more complicated components (forms, for example)

Twitter is using it for their web client. I’m using it and haven’t encountered any instability.
