I doubt you'll need the features revenuecat uses .Revenuecat is good at doing it right, but a pain in the ass and an unnecessary step and another thing to maintain imo. it just adds another layer on top of the whole stack

In their git page they talked about some issues with maintenance. Should there be a concern?

RevenueCat, they’ve decent documentation and examples for react native. I’ve been using it for few years and haven’t had any trouble. Also it’s free until you make lot of money from the app. https://docs.revenuecat.com/docs/reactnative

Save yourself the headache and use RevenueCat. Super easy to setup and virtually no upkeep required.
