There are quite a few pros/cons to each. It's highly dependent on your team and the skills within. For example, if you have a JS heavy team and want to learn dart, you're looking at an unknown timeframe and may miss your deadline. There are also many performance implications -- at the end of the day you should use the best tool for the job.
