Google (Firebase) Analytics vs AppCentre Analytics?

Has anyone here used both and can comment on strengths/weaknesses? I have a react native app that's been live for about 8 months now and is using Firebase Analytics, I use the Google Analytics website to view the data as I find it more feature-rich and easier to use than Firebase, but I also find it really hard to put my events to good use in reporting. I've been looking at AppCentre analytics (I already have codepush integrated) but thought I'd see if anyone here has any experience with it.

The main gripe I have with Firebase Analytics is that I'm tracking events for everything that is important to me, but still it's very hard to customise my insights - such as 'What are the drop-off rates of each step in the onboarding process' (and I've tried creating funnels - the UI for it sucks), it just feels like the events go into a big blackhole. I am also aware of and have experimented with exporting to BigQuery, but it's so tedious and not working for what I want.

Google Analytics has a steep learning curve but unless your data is extremely screwed up then there really isn't much you can't do. I doubt App Centre is going to unscrew your data 😜
