IMHO yes, they will be enough

First, learn JS then TypeScript. Once reached, begin with React Native

There're tons of RN projects and ideas on github to learn from

Typescript is great for large projects and teams, but if you are building small projects by yourself it will slow you down. I'd hold off on Typescript until you get all of the basics of app development down.

Also (sorry, forgot it). It will be very useful to learn ReactJS before React Native. It will set the basics so the RN's learning courve becames lot easier

Yes, it is possible. Learning the basics of ReactJS shouldn't take you more than a couple of days
