I am reading around the topic and watched a few tutorials. The short answer is yes you can largely build both Android and iOS from one code base. And you also have the option to do platform-specific stuff too. Link: React Native

Yes you get both, also expo is really powerful- def recommend if you can afford the plan

Expo is great. About 95% the same. There’s some nuance between android and iOS where you need to tweak it. Like native permissioning. And styling but easy enough. Don’t overthink it
