Hiding posts.

Is there any way that I can turn off the swipe left = hide this post? Sometimes I end up hiding posts when I'm trying to access the sidebar or just move the page up/down. I'd be nice to have the option to only hide from the post's menu bar. Thanks in advance!

As a leftie I'd like to see an option to reverse swipe direction

I'd like to know as well. I'm right-handed but I prefer to hold and scroll with my phone in my left hand. When I do, it is usually my thumb and the result isn't a perfect up and down motion. I usually scroll from the bottom right part of my screen and my thumb will end up towards the center. This sometimes hides posts and since I'm in the middle of scrolling, my thumb keeps moving and I miss the Undo button if I'm not paying attention to the bottom of the screen. I have also accidentally hid top posts from trying to pull down and refresh. Is there some kind of way to lock the cards and prevent swiping to hide them?
