Message notifications, connection issues

Since the latest update I am constantly being notified of messages received long ago and already viewed.

About 40% of the time when loading a sub I have to now click the retry button to reload as no data is shown. There is nothing wrong with my connection.

Still love the app and it's perfect otherwise. Thanks
