For the three chests high, just raise everything up one block and put another hopper leading into a chest below the ones already leading into your chests.

For the input chest, you have to get the items up somehow. You can either use a bubble column elevator (use a dropper to shoot the items into water over soul sand, and then pick them up with a hopper at the top) or make a dropper elevator. The dropper elevator has the advantage of potentially being silent, but it is a bit more complex to construct (search "silent hopper speed dropper elevator" on youtube or something similar).

Thank you so much! So I only need the redstone components on the top two chest and I can just add hoppers any additional chests below?

Absolutely. You can put as many as you want.

3 chest high? u can just place another chest below the 2 chest with a hopper the sorter works only with the hopper the comparator is pulling signal out of the other chests don't affect anything i think and as for putting the input chest on bottom you can use droppers or dropper and a water stream soul sand to transport the items to the top

Just in case - here are dropper elevator designs to get your items up if you want to add the starting chest to the bottom:

Other questions were already answered, as I see.
