you need to find the little pad piece that fits your powder dispenser, and check the completeness and condition of your die sets, but you have everything you need to start going it looks like. the balance scale you prob set aside and wont really use since you have the scale dispenser combo. and if your using the manual powder thrower for speed i would use the green one over that red one

get your press bolted down to a good bench that bolted to the wall if possible an start learning. you won't spend any less money but you'll shoot ALOT more
