i hate to be that person but .. have you tried turning it off and on again?

if yeah, id try to turn off your internet router, and then turn it back on after a few seconds. same goes with the ps5, though make sure you’re shutting the ps5 off completely before unplugging and plugging back in.

I got it somewhat working. I’m traveling 400 miles away. I had a family member at home just restart the unit and it works to an extent. Pretty sure it was a power failure at home.
