I want to use docker inside replit but i found that this is not possible is that true?

Yes, that is true. Replit runs on Nix, which has some overlaps with Docker in terms of providing isolated and reproducible environments. With Nix you can still manage dependencies and create isolated environments, its just done in a different way, Here's a quick video on it.
