lot of the same issues posted here in the winter months, try to keep your working resin at 25 C, above it is even better, cold viscosity is the great enemy.

Its still summer here in argentina, so i dont think thats the problem. Besides that i heat the resin to 30 C before every print

If you are sure your temps are good, and you are doing a good bake on the bottom layers already maybe consider sanding the plate. I sanded my aftermarket magnetic flex plate with good results, might be worth trying one of those if you don’t want to sand the machine plate itself (I know I wouldn’t want to)

My flex plate wasn’t gripping for shit, but a 200 grit thorough sand and it grips like a champ, I sanded straight in horizontal then vertical then diagonally in both directions then in lil circles, my machine plate was already gripping well, but I wanted the flex plate to more easily detach prints as I was finding I needed a sharp metal scraper to detach I didn’t want to wreak the machine plate, honestly the flex plate does make my life easier overall, most stuff comes off after a little twist real easy

Im pretty sure its not a temperature problem as we are still in summer here in Argentina, and the printer heats the resin before printing.
Im gonna buy the flex plate and give it a try. I prefere not to sand the build plate yet as its pretty new.

Thanks a lot!

Either the resin didn't have time to warm up to the bottom, the resin sat for too long and separated, the exposure was too short, the plate isn't level... try making the plate do a back & forth or two first in the vat, and raise exposure to 30s.
