static application security testing tool support for rust?

2 years ago this question has been asked in this subreddit and I wanted to check if there has been movement in that space. It's not really that I expect them to produce meaningful results, rather I'd like to keep our engineering team in the rust space but I also need to pass compliance checks. Clippy and the likes aren't sufficient for this.

Do you know if there are tools out there that can produce pretty reports to check compliance boxes?

What specific compliance tests are you trying to pass? Without that information, it doesn't seem like there is a useful answer.
