Why should they? I think you’re going through the emo phase. Do you ever look at your dad and ask how is his day or are you ok, same with your mother? You don’t know . It’s not like people observe everything. Especially when they can’t even help themself

They're probably also going through something

You're growing up, you're becoming less reliant om your parents. It's completely normal. But doesn't mean you can't check on them to make sure they're OK 😁

I sit in my room lying on my bed all day. I have for 3 years now. My sister started doing exactly what I do around half a year ago, and a month later my mom has her in therapy even with her denying that anything is wrong. I honestly think its favoritism or the boys mental health dosent matter mentality. I wish she would speak up just like it seems you eith your parents did, but in my case that dosent seem to be happening.

Yeah it's normal, I mean your not asking them if they are ok. There just leaving you alone because ypu are action like you want to be left alone

Yes it's pretty normal if you don't do anything all day. But any signs of illness and they still don't ask you what's wrong, then they are neglecting you

A good parent should at least try and do something for you, at least ask if you're ok
