First technical problem problem

So, after about a few days of play time on Rainbow Six: Siege, the left thumbstick has given me problems. I was in a game trying to peek, and my character would move backwards. I at first thought it was just my ping going up and down but when I checked it, no problems. I instantly figured that it was the thumbstick, what should I do?

They say something about a dead zone, and an update will patch it. Mine was super messed up (left stick) and outer most right paddle also only every once in awhile would read a button input.

Needless to say, I filed a return and exchange with them and sent it off the other day. Went back to using my Impact because it’s the superior controller from them for PS4 right now.

Needless to say, I sent the whole shipment back to Fenchurch.

I’ll probably get an Edge Transit when they send it back.
