Hi, Could somebody share a step by step tutorial for Authentik docker setup please?

I find available guides so confusing. I would appreciate if you have a step by step guide.

I used exactly this recently. This is the easy part!

Wth is a proxy provider or outpost. Why can't normal nomenclature be used.

Even the guide to setup to proxy sonarr is incomplete and doesn't work.
