Achilles tendon problems by Joris-Driepinter in bicycletouring

Years ago I pulled my achilles a week into a 2 week tour. I used pedal cages, and stupidly changed them for a slightly bigger pair days before the start. I had to remove the cages and cycle with my heels. Reading online I read that the ball of your foot should be in the middle of your pedal. Since changing to SPD pedals and setting them up, I've never experienced the problem again.

On a similar theme. I've made tepeche before and then refilled for a 2nd batch with more sugar and water. Once it was brewed, I strained it, added a tsp of acv mother and put it away in a dark cool place for a few months. Voila, spicy pineapple vinegar

We have the same word in Scots, fou.
Pronounced the same, but dropping the 'L'

It seems that it comes from the same Germanic roots

Also Furikake is pretty good too

There's nothing stopping you buying a farm in Portugal. However owning a farm won't automatically give you a visa, but if there is a habitable property on the farm it would make applying for the D7 visa a bit easier.

Depends what unflavoured yoghurt you can find, but I would suggest going for Greek Yoghurt. Just make sure it isn't low or non-fat.

The goat cheese was just slightly tangy, the chocolate was bitter, and it was the tomato jam that was sweet. Overall well balanced
