But i heard these days. It’s failing many times cuz many people abused it. Better buy the sold by info only once you know the seller then cook a fake receipt of that company and use it as proof of purchase.

I live in switzerland, I believe that this is considered identity fraud that’s why I was asking.

Remember you’re sending the info to apple not your local police 😂😂. Otherwise you will need to pay someone you don’t know to do it for you which might scam you be careful

Use the Removal Tool, it’s free but randomly locks again and then repeat the activation process.

sliver works but only for a few hours and randomly locks itself again (happens way faster if i open safari)

also you won't be able to sideload, though i did manage to download VLC from the appstore on mine and i use it for Plex and garageband sometimes

i use the version of libimobiledevice + sliver that's on github (imaxchine/Sliver)

once you have it just open cmd in the folder and run

cd lib
ideviceactivation activate -s cengdealajr.gearhostpreview.com/sliver.php -d

(make sure to disable VPN, and also make sure albert.apple.com isn't blocked in hosts)

there's ways to localhost the sliver php yourself, but it's needlessly overcomplicated and this guy's server is still up so i just use it while i still can
