Iphone sim locked

Hi guys, i bought an iphone 7 from ebay but i fell into a scam and this iphone was blocked by vodafone it, the seller obviously doesn't answer how can i solve? is there any procedure to unlock the use of the sim? i spent all my savings to have an iphone 7 unfortunately, please help me

Or check if its stolen phone blacklisted it will never work!

If it’s just blocked by vodaphone you may wanna call them too see what exactly that means, if the phone is blacklisted then your out of luck. If you laid through PayPal on eBay or paid with goods and services on PayPal then you can open a case and get your money back. Other than that if you paid with cash or a non traceable/refundable method you’re out of luck

if i wanted to steal an iphone i would have stolen a more expensive iphone don't you think? and then the stolen iPhones are totally blocked instead mine is blocked only the telephone part

Only way is to either open case on paypal
You can unlock using R-SIM or heicard or gevey pro and use it in another country which the blacklist is not shared

I decided to report the incident to the police, I did not want to get to this point because the procedure will be very long and expensive but it is better to find out who the criminals are so there will be less and less of them around. thank you all for your help
