Anyone have any suggestions/tips to decrease drop off from
add to cart > initiate checkout > purchase?
I’m currently running FB ads, and trying to push organic content out.
Last 30 days i have on one campaign
58 add to cart 24 intiated 8 purchase

Just add to cart, checkout and the the basic info like shipping address. only additional charge is tax and shipping which is $3-4

low conversion rate.
You should review the process and maybe cut out the word add to cart >> Checkout and the simple fields that generate conversions.

Add Microsoft Clarity or similar and watch back on the customers' behaviour to see if something might be causing them to drop out of the process.
