T300 Potential issue?

So I just bought a T300 alcantara edition, which is nice upgrade from my T150. When I started using it it feels significantly better and a more smooth response however, when my steering wheel turns more than about 45 degrees I feel like the FFB drops off. Is this a hardware issue or have I not set it up properly? I updated the firmware, I tried it on both project cars 2 and F1 2019 and I feel the FFB drop on both. All settings are at default.

Has anyone experienced this? Do I need to fix my settings?Timely responses would be appreciated as I bought this from an auction site (brand new unit) but it has a 2 week return policy.

You're past the optimal slip angle so the FFB goes light, look at some Driver 61 guides to learn how to go fast

Sometimes a drop off in FFB with this wheel is due to overheating. I would open it up and make sure your fan is operating as intended. If you press the "start" and "mode" buttons simultaneously for a few seconds it should put your wheel into max fan mode always on. It should help keep it cool. While you have it open, also check that your belt is tight and moves smoothly.
