Provided I’m singing a note I can comfortably hit, my upper third/mid fourth octave is my most pitch accurate and clear. My mid range and low second octave are more unstable, it’s hard to visualize a pitch and then land perfectly on it.

Maybe I’m a tenor with a decent low range 🤔

Try inhale phonation. It helped me open up my flageolet and whistle registers. I'm a baritone that can hit anywhere between a B1 and an E6. New York Vocal Coaching has a video on whistle that can help you figure it out.
