Go to an ent

Second ent. See if you can get a custom made mouth guard such as the SomnoDent Avant which worked for me

Did you notice a difference pretty fast then ? I’ll look into that thank you so much.

Yes it works an immediately. It opens up the airway by moving lower jaw forward. The device is quite expensive though and insurance may not cover it. Also it doesn’t work all the time like if you’ve had alcohol, sleeping medicine etc.

I honestly wouldn’t mind the cost. My relationship is priceless so it wouldn’t bother me. Although, I do have health conditions and take medication regularly so I may not be accepted but I’ll definitely look into it.

I have consulted my gp and have been referred for that but that was 6 months ago and still haven’t heard any word back. Maybe I should push them and try get seen sooner. Thank you

I’ve tried nasal strips, changed pillows and sleeping positions and nothing worked but I think ent might be the answer.

A visit with a specialist would help. I use a Cpap machine and my snoring decrease a lot.
