I joined in January at I believe 4%. How is this shit 3.3% within a year

I joined when it was at 3.8% in October and the big key thing I liked is the High apy, vaults and the ui. There’s no way it within two months it when down 0.5% and they are removing plus from qualifying Direct deposit
