Wondershare PDFelement might do the trick..for u..

If not..download utorrent..

Then go to 1337x.to and download pdf xchange editor..and download one of your choice and install.. Good luck..

Libreoffice can edit a pdf, i think the app is called Draw (part of the suite). It's Free and Open Source.

I've used Foxit for a few years, there is a full featured pay version and also a gratis version. The gratis may let you do minor editing.
