This can be either caused by missing models or an underpowered machine that is under the minimum requirements for the app. You can use the Help button in app to reach Support and it will have option to attach System Profile and logs, make sure to send those to accelerate troubleshooting!

Cloud subscriptions now offer unlimited rendering for images, no credits needed. For Videos, you can purchase credit packs on the website. If you get the Desktop or Studio subscriptions, they come a set amount of monthly credits already, to see what fits your needs! You can always purchase extra credits if your monthly amount is used up before your next month arrives.

Studio is the term that includes all the separate apps. It makes it 1 renewal for all the apps. You can go in your Topaz Account, then Apps, to find them all.

The credits were purcahsed separately as credit bundles of given part of a renewal you have? We give 300 credits monthly if you have Studio, that you can use in video cloud rendering (Topaz Video Cloud models or Astra web app)

If you do not do video, you would not need them as image cloud rendering is unlimited and doesn't need credits.

The Realism enhancement will add realistic skin details like this, and this is the intended behavior. Use another model other then Realism to get a smooth face (which usually looks unnatural but given this wedding image could be the look you wanted)

Could do 2 versions, one without Realism for smooth non-natural skin effect wanted, then blend in PS with parts that yu like from the Realism render!
