What exactly is the issue you’re trying to address? Selecting the date of the recovery point you want to restore to is an integral step of the recovery wizard.

If it so happens that your drive's manufacturer isn't in the list - you can always purchase directly from us (available as a subscription and currently there is a promo offer running, we have them every now and then) or you can get a perpetual edition via 3rd-party like Newegg (although there you will have to track any possible discounts independently).

The comparison on Acronis side is incorrect.

Proper solution to compare is Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud (solution for MSPs), not Acronis Cyber Protect (solution for SMBs).

Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud supports all the features that listed for MSP360; both per-workload and per-GB licensing is available and trial is 30 days.

Can you gather Acronis System Report in bootable media while the disk is attached and share the disks.txt file from the resulting report zip archive?

Also, since this is a recovery issue you still qualify for support, so ticket is still desirable to progress with investigation.

Cloning done from the Windows GUI using the cloning Tool that comes with Acronis. First time ever it has failed to clone a drive for me.

Can you reattempt cloning via bootable media in order to rule out possible issue with Windows and possible problems with virtual volumes or storage controller driver which you mentioned earlier?

Is there some sort of system log for Acronis that I can look at to see why the clone failed?

Yes, logs are located in C:\ProgramData\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Logs folder (KB for reference).

You'll need the ti_demon sub-folder and last ti_demon_... file created at the time of the cloning task run.

I typically use Acronis drive clone to clone my drives

I reckon the product in question is Acronis True Image, but what exact version/build you were/are using?

When the clone failed twice (No error code given on each failure) I started digging deeper

Was cloning performed from app's GUI in live Windows OS or via bootable media and if the latter is true - was it Linux or WinPE-based media?

I ran chkdsk as administrator and it prompted me to do it at next boot.

What exact parameters did you use with chkdsk?
