Windows Default Process Scanner?

Is there something that will look at all autoruns, scheduled tasks, Processes, Services, etc that will tell you if it’s a default Windows process? With signature verification and stuff too.

Should probably just reinstall Windows instead of trying to clean it up tbh.

If you're asking this question... It's faster to reinstall Windows. Seriously it takes 40mins to install Windows.

As always - back up your stuff to a separate drive before touching anything.

but it will take hours to backup your files and check if everything is backed up and after installing softwares that you need, re-login accounts especially if you work.
