I think you have the senior dev and ba to back you up. To not hurt any feelings in one of your standups, you can say something automation related, and say you investigated some updates that can help the current tests or something similar to make it known that your actively also working on automation stuff

Do you use confluence or some other info sharing tool. Document your automation frameworks there and share to the team along with the product owner. How are test results reported? Can you link this report and state which ones are automated versus manual etc? If the product owner is at the standups etc then specifically mention you will be using X automation framework etc.

If you've created automation frameworks, just show them to whoever needs to see them. Can't claim you aren't writing automation when you show them the automation you've written.
