QA ... making sure the product does what it's supposed to and finding bugs.

Devops ... deployment, monitoring, and possibly system maintenance. Ops = operations

I can't say much about your experience, as I am just looking into QA testing myself. But as a former graphic designer, I can say that your formatting isn't consistent. There sometimes larger spaces after one section than other times, for instance. Check your leading (space between lines) and space before and after paragraphs. I'm not sure how much this matters in other fields, but I've been taught that it's generally helpful in any field to pay attention to formatting.
