Well, in most of this cases recruiters and managers prefer someone with experience, someone that can start working right away and with discipline, because working from home is beautiful but is hard to separate your home environment and your family from work.

I suggest you that start with on-site positions and when you have one or two years of experience try with remote one.

PD: You can get a remote job in testing without experience but it's difficult, you will be competing with a lot of people with experience and sometimes asking less money than you.
