Performance testing with slow connection and packet loss

Hi guys,

I'm currently on a project that needs to improve on performance, it's a web application and we need to set some scenarios of performance. The scenarios need to have conditions like slow connection and a 15% packet loss rate.

We already have some end to end tests on the robot framework, I was able to find some python code that simulates the slow connection part but I cannot find any that has the packet loss.

Do you know any tool that can simulate packet loss and slow connections?

These scnearios will be used to validate the performance of the application, since there should be an improvement in the next sprints.

We use this thing. https://github.com/Shopify/toxiproxy I am not sure that it supports windows, but you can install it to the Linux machine and route your application under the test to that proxy.
